Returns Authorisation Request
Before requesting a Return Authorisation, please make sure that you have read the applicable section of our Returns and Cancellations Policy. This will provide guidance if you are unsure of the Return Type under which you are requesting your Returns Authorisation.
Please provide ‘Additional Information’ to guide us. For example, if you are requesting a return because an item is defective; please describe the exact nature of the defect. If you are requesting a return for a wrong size item; please state if the item is too big or too small, and the size that you now require. If your are returning an item because it is now unwanted; please say why or what changed your mind.
DO NOT send anything back to us without first receiving authorisation.
After we receive your Returns Authorisation Request, and assuming that your request meets the requirements as set out in our Returns and Cancellations Policy, we will send you a Returns Authorisation Form. Print and complete this form and include with the item you are returning.
If you are returning an item as ‘Unwanted’ or ‘Wrong Size’, you must send the item back to us within its original internal and external packaging. All returns must include a fully completed copy of the Returns Authorisation Form within the returning parcel.
We advise that you use a secure carrier service to return your item; a service that provides a receipt for the sender, an in-transit tracking service and a recorded signature from the recipient. We also advise that you insure the item for its full value.
If your request does not meet the requirements set out in our Returns and Cancellations Policy, we will inform you immediately. It may still be possible for you to return an item, but under a different ‘Return Type’.
